File Attachment in Service Forms

One feature that has been regularly requested is the ability to send files with different formats within a work order to a mobile user in the field. To accommodate this request, we have created the attachment field within service forms. Attachment fields within service forms will send a file uploaded from the dispatcher’s computer to the mobile user’s application. Once the file is received in the mobile application, it can be viewed and downloaded to the mobile device.
