Order Screen Update

The dispatching module was recently improved with a more streamlined order creation process. To make this possible, a few changes were made to the layout and labels on the order creation screen. This will provide a more efficient order creation process, and will allow us to roll out even more enhancements to the dispatching module in future updates.
