File Attachments Phase 2

Previously, attachment fields were only available to dispatchers uploading a file to a service form in the web application. In our latest release, we are expanding file attachments to all areas of our application that use forms, such as wireless forms, timekeeping forms, and status forms. The mobile application, as well as customer API’s, will also support file attachments. This will allow for different types of files to be exchanged using wireless forms. For example, a mobile user will be able to easily upload a file from the handset and send it to an administrator in the office.
