Deletion Log Screen

Previously, our application was capable of tracking certain changes made in the web application, such as who made the change, what was changed, as well as when the change was made. However, it lacked a way to track when something was deleted. To address this, we are introducing a new Deletion Log feature that displays a list of deleted records, such as alerts, modules, users, and more. This feature enhances accountability and security by offering clear visibility into deleted items.
