Order Field Mappings

In our dispatching module, adding a wireless form to an order is a great way to capture additional information relevant to the order entry process. However, when multiple services have forms with different fields, it can be difficult to report, display, and filter form information in the grids with optimal efficiency. To rectify this issue, field mappings are now available within the dispatching module. Field mappings will allow users to map different order form fields to the same top-level field, so they can be displayed in a single combined column in the dispatching grid. This will make it much easier to search and filter orders without having to view each order individually.
